The Monkey Forest Sanctuary is a very unique experience. You get to interact and watch the monkeys in the wild…although the monkeys are semi domesticated and used to humans walking around them. The trees are massive and keep the feeling that you are in an untouched wilderness. It’s a fantastic experience to walk through the homes of these wild sacred monkeys and is a wonderful experience. The Monkey Forest is the place to be if you like monkeys it is set in a beautiful tropical jungle surrounded with magical views everywhere you look .

The Ubud Palace, officially Puri Saren Agung, is a historical building complex situated in the mid of Ubud town. It has well-preserved Balinese architecture and charming garden settings, and is the place where Ubud’s long tradition of home stays all began, more than 80 years ago, when Bali first started to attract bohemian artists from around the world. Centrally located in the center of town, it is one of the most visited place in Ubud. A place for culture, arts, dance and literature. Featuring well preserved Balinese architecture and a charming garden setting.

The Ubud market in Karna Street is full of colour, bartering, and all sorts of wonderful things to look at and buy a clothing, wooden statues, jewelry, fruit, shoes, bags, coffee, art, just to name a few. It is a very old traditional market with lots of character and atmosphere. This market as a society economics center of Ubud and it is apposite to the existence of Ubud Empire that is called Puri Saren. The market is unfolding from west to easterly divided become two group with different purpose. There are two markets available at the same area those are one block at the Westside is for a traditional artistic market and another block located in the east as an everyday traditional fundamental market requirement. 

It’s one of most mesmerizing view. With mesmerizing view of Mount Batur and Lake Batur, it’s beauty stole our hearts away. It was an amazing scenery with blackish mountain, a beautiful lake and a green forest surrounding the black mountain with chilled breezing all around,best place to have lunch here while watching the scenic beauty.

This was a wonderful tour that gave you a great overview of how coffee is grown and processed in Bali. The guides are excellent and can answer any questions you may have. The tours are informative but reasonable in length giving plenty of time for tasting the different coffees and teas from the area. They give you a nice tour explaining how the coffee is made and they show all the coffee and tea plants. Afterwards you get to taste about 12 different types of coffee and tea for free. 

This area of Bali is both majestic and deeply peaceful. You just sit and absorb the amazing beauty of the so carefully sculpted rice terraces all filled with the fine greenery of the tender blades of growing rice, at the same time as allowing the soft warm breezes to blow across your face from afar… and just take it all in. You come away feeling different without really knowing what has happened, you feel more peaceful and centred, something has drifted into your awareness through such stillness but you don’t know what… it’s almost beyond words!. Tegalalang Rice Terrace is a place where you have to spend at least a couple of hours wondering how amazing nature can be and how great can be the men’s work, when is in sinergy with nature. I’ve never seen such a shade of green in all my life, and can be very nice to drink a coffee or a tea in the nice bar above the rice fields.

The place was beautiful and you can jump of it !, the water was so refreshing to swim! (don’t forget to bring your swimsuit in case you want to swim). A beautiful view from the viewing platform. But to experience the place completely, it is a must to walk down a few stairs to reach the waterfall. Playing around in the little area, the experience of standing right under the Falls gives a totally enjoyable experience.
